Objective:

To allow students to learn about various topics relating to the reading in a fun and interactive way.

CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.RL.9-10.1; CCSS.ELA-Literacy.W.9-10.4

Structure:

In this activity, students will create an online quiz that can then be shared with the other students. Topics for the quiz can include Mars, Martians, space travel, Ray Bradbury, and the short stories “Ylla” and “The Third Expedition.” Teachers can add more topics, but they should be related to the reading in this section. Students can do research online to find questions to ask.
