Waythorn: Waythorn is a gentleman above all else. He was careful to pursue Alice only after enough time had passed from her divorce with Varick and had Alice return the pearls her ex-husband had gifted to her before they wed. He never wants to outdone in civility and is careful to always behave as expected in high society.
