Structure:

Begin this activity by reading aloud, as a class, the aftermath of the bombing, beginning with: "It wasn’t safe to come out of the shelter until noon the next day" and ending at "The idea was to hasten the end of the war." Going around the room, have a new student read when a new paragraph begins.
