The second step involved the screening of this proposal by the capital budget committee. The proposal is then sent to company officers. The third step describes the company officers' screening of the proposal to decide which projects are most worthy of funding company offices to decide which purpose is sent to the board of directors. The last involves the director's review and approval or disapproval of each purpose of the project that is you will include in the annual budget.
