1.The epimysium, a layer of dense irregular connective tissue, surrounds the whole muscle.
2.The perimysium, also of dense irregular connective tissue, delineates muscle fascicles; it
surrounds 10 to 100 muscle fibers(cells) to form bundles.
3. The endomysium, the innermost layer, consists mostly of reticular tissue. It wraps and separates individual skeletal muscle fibers(cells).
