Upper respiratory tract Infections include sinusitis which is the inflammation of mucus membranes in nasal cavities. Signs of sinusitis include post-natal drip, heavy nasal discharge or stuffy nose, cough, tiredness, and fever. Another infection is laryngitis which is the inflammation of the larynx. Symptoms include hoarseness, weak/loss of voice, dry cough, and sore throat. Lower respiratory tract Infections include pneumonia which is the inflammation of air sacs or the lungs. Symptoms include cough with phlegm, fever, difficulty breathing, chest pain, and chills.
