The burden of microbes on humanity is heavy, in developed countries, the burden is less because of research done on microbial diseases and various decay affects on food specifically, it cannot however be underestimated even though medicine is readily accessible to the public. In developing countries it is the exact opposite as many do not have access to affordable care as it either too far for them to reach it or it is too expensive. It is also difficult for these countries to research as funds and education are not are easily accessed as in developing countries
