Answer

Primary level of protein structure consists of amino acid chains. The chains can be different based on different amino acids and their order. Secondary protein structure is formed when amino acid chains are linked through hydrogen bonding to form Alpha Helix, Beta Sheet or a Random Coil. Tertiary structures are formed when functional groups in amino acid chains form bonds in addition to hydrogen bonding Quaternary Protein structures are formed when multiple polypeptides link to form a multi unit protein structure.
