Answer

The $CH_3COH$ is an electrophile and the $OH^-$ is a nucleophile. The curved arrow mechanism is shown in the picture. This reaction is Brønsted–Lowry acid–base reaction.

Work Step by Step

1) $CH_3COH$ is an electrophile because it accepts the lone pair of electrons and $-^OH$ is a nucleophile because it donates the pair of electron. 2) The curved arrow originated from the $HO^-$ lone pair of oxygen and goes towards the C in $CH_3COH$. Then the electrons involved in the bond between C and O, go to O. 3) In this reaction there is a proton transfer from $OH^-$ to the $CH_3COH$ Therefore, it is a Brønsted–Lowry acid–base reaction, with $CH_3COH$ acting as the acid (proton donor) and $OH^-$ acting as the base (proton acceptor)
