Chapter 1 - Concepts of Motion - Exercises and Problems - Page 31: 48

Answer

A toy car needed to be tested for its power, so the maker decided to make sure that it can move up a 30$^\circ$-inclined surface and then move down again. So he made two inclined surfaces at the same angle and make them face each other to see if the car can pass this obstacle of the thin top that is made of putting the two surfaces against each other, as you see in the given figure. The car moved up at a constant acceleration but it slows down and then it passed the top thing edge of the two surfaces and moved down the other incline at a constant rate as well but it speed up.
