Prisoner
Jack is plans to get arrested in order to break in to prison to see Paul. Ironically, when he gets to the station the cops are willing to let him go so, he has to punch a cop to get in.
Freedom
Jack, Paul, and all of the prisoners in the cell have got the bar cut and are ready to escape. Ironically, the officer on duty calls out for Jack. That he has a phone call...in order to beat him.
Standing Up
Jack stands up for Paul to the police officer in the prison. Ironically, by doing so it causes the cop to set his sights on Jack. And, Jack is called in the middle of the night by the man who ends up beating him.
Jail
Jack fights a one armed man and punches a cop all to get into prison in order to break Paul out. Ironically once inside, he can't convince Paul to leave with him.
Loyalty
The reason Jack breaks into prison is that he is loyal to his friend, Paul. He'd go to any length to set him free. Ironically, his loyalty is also what has him chased down by the cops and eventually gets him hit by a tractor trailer.
