For the first reading section, students go online to familiarize themselves with the paintings of Maxfield Parrish, which the Third Expedition found on Mars in the "human" homes there.
Day 2:
Students use online sources to gather information on removal and conquest of native peoples.
Students also may use online sources to collect information about a researched essay on one particular genocide.
Day 3:
Students use the Internet to compare the atmospheric oxygen levels on Mars and Earth, as well as the potential for trees on Mars to increase that planet's oxygen level.
