Structure:

In this activity, students will work in small groups to chart out all of the important events in The Secret Life of Bees and analyze specific turning points in the characters' stories or lives. Split students into small groups and distribute guided handouts that ask questions about important moments or turning points like:

1. What happened in this moment?
2. ...
