"The Song of Wandering Aengus" is a product of the Irish Literary Revival, in which writers from Ireland wrote extensively about, adapted, and celebrated their Irish history, and particularly Irish Celtic culture and mythology. This online collection contains information about a number of Yeats's peers in the movement, as well as digitized copies of some of their work.
