Students will be able to define philosophical terms and discuss their relevance to Helen's life.

Structure:
Assign groups of students to the following terms, and ask them to define and teach these terms to the class.
- Empiricism (as in Empiricism v. Rationalism)
- Rationalism
- Constructivism (especially in teaching and learning)
- Experiential Learning
After each group has done their research, ask them to identify a passage in the text that seems relevant to their term. Have the group discuss how that passage is relevant and what significance these ideas...
