Resistant, unaffected, not allowing, or permitting liquid, fluid to pass through.

Irrevocable

Not changeable, final, permanent, certain, established.

Protrude

Project, stick up, extend, stand out, swell.

Graffiti

Writing, drawing with spray paint on the wall or public places.

Locomotive

A steam, diesel, electric engine used for pulling or pushing a train.

Wheez

To breath with difficulty and with whistling sound or buzz, murmur, whisper.

Transcendental

Boundless, mystical, spiritual or beyond common or ordinary experience.

Abominable

Awful, bad, horrid, hateful, disgusting, very bad, poor, or inferior.

Reminisce

To think or remember, recall past experience or events.

Paraphrase

A re-wording of something written or spoken, or summarize.

Cramped

Tight, uncomfortable, awkward, restricted, little, minute.

Hysterical

Very funny, crazy, uncontrollably emotional, mad, nervous, violent, wild.

Lapel

A folded part of a coat collar.

Frenzy

A wild behavior, or violent mental excitement.
