Max
Max is a producer of a low end television network which airs soft core porn and grimy content. He comes across Videodrome, a tape from an employee and immediately believes it to be the future of television. He becomes entangled in a much deeper and dangerous world of corporate control and eventually the effects of Videodrome claim his life.
Nikki
Nikki meets Max on a talk show where she opposes his using Videodrome in a society that is overstimulated. All that being said, she goes out with Max and is eventually abducted and killed by the people making Videodrome.
Bianca
Bianca is O'Blivion's daughter. She has taken over for her father after he has passed away. She informs Max that Videodrome has been corrupted in order to kill people by giving them malignant tumors from watching. She seeks to put an end to the Corporations abuse of her father's creation and enlists Max to do so.
O'Blivion
Professor O'Blivion is the man who created Videodrome. He believes that television becomes humanity. That what people see on television becomes more real that life itself. He only makes appearances through videotapes as he has died. He is against Videodrome being used as a way to kill people.
