The transition out of "i'm a poet who" is abrupt and harsh. Direct the students to consider the final lines: "come to share our worlds wichu/to be dancin/to be dancin/baya" in tandem with the stage directions that follow (page 30). In these lines, the women are describing their own openness to the world.
