The irony of Omar’s case

The murder case affecting Omar is illogical because the police officers do the contrary when dealing with the whole matter. The police are expected to conduct a proper investigation before convicting any suspect. Ironically, the police involved in Omar's case assume that Black people are criminals and do not see the need to further investigate.

Bodie Kane

Bodie Kane is a filming professor and a podcast in Hollywood. The reader expects a professor to spend her time teaching institutions of higher learning search as colleges and universities. Ironically, Bodie goes to teach high school students, and she accepts to live in a smelly apartment.

The driver (Mr. Lee)

Mr. Lee is Bodie's driver, taking her to Granby for the first time. Mr. Lee is excited because he is carrying a stranger and tells Bodie a lot about Granby. When they arrive in Granby, Mr. Lee takes a longer route to show Bodie around. Ironically, all this time, Mr. Lee did not know that Bodie was a former student of Granby. Bodie decides to remain quiet as she is shown around a place she called home throughout high school.
