The single residence occupancy is a big apartment building above the Golden Palace. Each of its apartments house individuals: a single resident.
Willis Wu, his parents, and his friends all live in the SRO. Its occupants are poor, and the apartments crowd each other with noise. Leaking water drips from room to room.
The Golden Palace
