    Make Your Own Kite!

    Kind of Activity:

    Group Work

    Objective:

    Students will learn how to build kites. Students will be able to artistically represent the play thus far.

    Structure:

    Kite flying plays a major role in Master Harold…and the boys. This activity is intended to make students replicate the behavior of Sam and Hally. Divide students into pairs and have them research online instructions for kite building. Once students have their instructions, they must build their kites using at least 2 of the same supplies Sam used in the play.
