Day One: Students will need access to the internet and the Excel spreadsheet program to chart the birth month of professional hockey players.
Day Two: The film Moneyball is available on DVD. A projecting device and DVD player are necessary for the classroom activity.
Day Three: Students will need access to the internet to do research on demographic trends.
Day Four: Students will need access to the internet for both of the days' classroom activities.
Day Five: Students will need access to the internet to listen to Malcolm Gladwell's Revisionist History podcasts.
