Barry is in the supermarket looking for Healthy Choice brands so that he can get the coupons for a free flight, and he is saying this to himself over and over. But in the background, unseen by Barry is a woman in red following him. This is what he's looking for.
"I wanted to ask you something because you're a doctor...I don't like myself sometimes. Can you help me?
Barry is broken down and asks his brother-in-law for help because he's a doctor. Ironically, he's a dentist, not a doctor or a psychiatrist.
