Structure:

Arrange a class viewing of the BBC show Victorian Farm: Episode V (2009). (If pressed for time, option to watch just the segments of the show that are about cheesemaking).

Students with answer a worksheet with short answer questions about the episode.

Then guide students in a discussion.
