The table PROJECT table is in 1st Normal Form because there exist no multi valued attributes.
It is not in the higher order Normal Form because there exist a dependency between EmployeeName and EmployeeSalary (EmployeeSalary can only be determined by Employee Name).The reason why it is not in 2nd Normal Form is that there exist a partial dependency EmployeeName->Employee Salary. So it is not in 2nd Normal Form, then higher normal forms are out of question.
