Select Stat -> ANOVA -> General Linear Model -> Fit General Linear Model
In Responses enter C3 (Response variable). In Factors enter C1 (Gender) C2 (Age).
Click Model. In Factors and covariates highlight both Gender and Age. Click Add (to the right of Interactions through order). Gender*Age will appear in 'Terms in the model'. Click OK.
