From the bar given chart, because the height of the blue column is approximately 6.5 times greater than the violet column, which is not correct as the percentage of the blue column is almost two times the percentage of the violet column. b) In a pie chart we start drawing the regions from the circle's center, so we cannot see an error like the one in the bar graph.
