Answer

Damage to the right spinothalamic tract would cause deficits in pain, thermal, tickle, and itch sensations on the left side of the body.

Work Step by Step

The spino-halamic tract transmits impulses for pain, cold, warmth, itch, tickle, from limbs trunk, neck and posterior head. Axons of first order neurons from one side of the spinal cord synapse with dendrites and cell bodies of second order neurons of the same side. But axons of second order neurons cross over( decussate) , enter the spino-thalamic tract on the opposite side and continue to the thalamus . Thus if the spino-thalamic tract is injured on one side it result in sensory deficits or losses in organs on the contralateral side of the body
