Absent reabsorption , the amount of filtrate lost per minute would be 90-125 ml per minute. Loss of fluid and a decrease in volume would cause blood pressure to fall, resulting in a decrease in glomerular blood hydrostatic pressure(GBHP)-- below 55 mm Hg. When GBHP drops below 45 mm Hg, --assuming normal capsular hydrostatic pressure (CHP) and normal blood colloid osmotic pressure ( BCOP)-- filtration would cease.
