The tunica vaginlis is a serous membrane which is derived from peritoneum. it partially covers the testis. Deep to the tunica vaginalis is the tunica albuginea; this is a white fibrous capsule of dense irregular connective tissue. It extends inward into the testicular parenchyma. dividing each testis into about 250 lobules of tightly coiled seminiferous tubes.
