Selective adsorption can be used as a technique for the separation of the three proteins. Here, the 2nd protein have cysteine amino acid (10% Cys) and the 3rd protein have tyrosine amino acid (5% Tyr) which selectively goes oxidation under a oxidative stress condition, Therefore, having an adsorption matrix, could facilitate the formation of oxidative bonds can separate the two proteins out of the mixture leaving out the only protein 1. Thus, protein 1 could be obatined in the a pure form.
