From the given graph it can be concluded that the activity of the enzyme is increasing up to 35 degrees. Hence activity is increasing at 25 degrees. At 45 degrees the activity is decreasing. The graph against pH is a normal one. There is an optimal activity between pH 4 - 6. it increasing up to pH 4 and decreases after pH 6.
