So the following reaction will take place. $FCH_2CH_2O^-$ is the conjugate base because it losses a proton and $CF_3CH_2OH$ is conjugate acid because it gains a proton. Stronger acid and base are on the product side. The equilibrium will favor the weaker side and thus, reactants will be favored. The presence of electronegative atoms like F makes the acid more stronger. The higher the number of electronegative atoms, the stronger the acid. The anion with more electronegative atoms, is a weaker base.
