Jack is a boy from a broken family: his father is not around and his mother married another man. As the holiday season nears, something devastating happens to Jack. His best friend, a stuffed toy called Dur Pig or DP, gets lost after his stepsister throws it out. Naturally, Jack is broken as the only comfort left to him is gone, but he receives a surprising new companion, a replacement for DP called Christmas Pig.
Jack is reluctant to accept this new replacement, but everything changes when Christmas Pig decides to help Jack retrieve DP from the Land of the Lost. The Land of the Lost is a place where all things that are tossed and thrown away are residing, desperate to be picked back up.
Jack has to shrink to enter the Land of the Lost and become lost himself. In the Land of the Lost, Jack and Christmas Pig are chased by the bad guy called Loser, who will eat everything and anything. They are also threatened by Loser’s adversaries, which makes their mission more challenging. While on a mission, Jack also hears the events from the real world and his parents’ fights.
On their mission, Jack and the Christmas Pig slowly become closer, and as the end of the mission nears, Jack has to make an important decision. Jack has to accomplish his mission before the day of Christmas, and he gets unlikely help from an old elf.
