Angel eyes says this to the man who's paid him $500 to kill another man and get information. Unfortunately for this man Angel Eyes was given $1000 by the man he killed. And when Angel Eyes is paid he always follows through.
"There are two kinds of people in the world my friend, those with a rope around their neck and the people who have the job of doing the cutting."
Tuco says this to Blondie while they are splitting the bounty money down the middle. They've had an agreement, but Tuco believes he should be paid more for taking all of the risk. To which Blondie tells him he may not have such good aim the next time he shoots him free of the noose around his neck.
"Such ingratitude after all the times I've saved your life."
Blondie says this but ironically has just dumped Tuco in the desert and taken all of the $3,000 bounty money. He's decided to renege on their agreement and leave Tuco to die 70 miles from the nearest town.
