    Structure:

    Cinna plays a critical role in Katniss's appeal to sponsors and, therefore, to her success in the Games themselves. Cinna's job is to make Katniss look memorable, and he does so by making her seem both beautiful and a little bit dangerous. In doing so, he participates in active subversion of the Capitol's agenda.
