    Court Case Timeline

    Group Work

    Objective:

    Students will create a timeline that traces the Supreme Court cases responsible for creating the new Jim Crow.

    Structure:

    To begin the activity, organize students into pairs. Instruct them to make a list of the kinds of evidence Alexander uses.
