Structure:

Students debate the following:

Resolved: Might (or force) can never produce peace or goodness in society.

Divide student volunteers into two small debate groups. One group spends 15 minutes organizing their ideas in support of the resolution. The other group develops arguments against the resolution. Students may reread Book Two, Chapter 6 to review the arguments made in the book. However, they...
