Students will come up with their own method of staging a scene from the play.

Structure:

William Congreve's stage directions were basically non-existent. In fact, the only way we know when characters enter or exit a scene is from the changing from one scene to the next (for instance, Scene 1 becomes Scene 2 when a new character enters).
