What traits do you associate with a brain/heart/courage? Why are these traits important?

Some examples of answers to the first question include:

Brain = intelligence, reasoning

Heart = compassion, love, happiness

Courage = bravery, selflessness

For the second question, guide students to think about these traits as they relate to self-esteem (one’s idea of oneself) and friendship (how they treat others). Some students may be of the opinion that one trait may be superior to another, but all of these traits are important when it comes to making a person well-rounded, healthy, and successful.
