    At this point in the tapes, Hannah is unhappy and feels increasingly vulnerable, but she has not given up. She still has hope that if she makes the right move, her life will improve. Putting her survey in the box is one of the ways she shows her optimism. You may ask students later on when Hannah starts to lose that hope.
