Zombies (symbol)

The attack of the walking dead is not a joke; it is the worst nightmare that anyone can imagine. Zombies suddenly become a reality and this reality threatens to destroy the whole humanity. They are rotting, half-decomposed, practically invulnerable, but their smallest bites can turn a living person into a zombie. The army of the living dead seizes the whole world. Europe, Asia and the United States try to prevent the spread of infection. The earth is on the verge of disappearance. Zombie are a symbol of catastrophe, which harms the whole humankind.

Weapons (symbol)

The book “World War Z” mentions many different kinds of weapons. There are many pistols, guns, rifles, tanks, armored vehicles and jet fighters, strategic bombers, which soldiers and even civilians use to struggle with zombies. Weapons symbolizes a protection from enemies, which try to change the world in a bad way and cause chaos. Weapons give people an opportunity to feel safety and protection of their families and children.

Global catastrophe ( motif)

This book is both exciting and sad. It is exciting because the fictitious story about zombies will not leave anyone indifferent. However, if you imagine that all actions of this book are real, all people will be horrified. The catastrophe, which has covered all countries and continents, does not give a single chance to survive. The whole world is terrified. Panic, fear, rage, cruelty and struggle for the survival are in every town and city. This infection makes people cruel and force s everyone to fight and kill for the sake of salvation. It does not have any advantages, because death takes away all hopes of happy life.
