The advocates of political changes want power and influence to lie with people. The citizens seem to have gotten tired of an individual exercising absolute power.

The story revolves around the conflict between Wakanda’s ruler and the citizens. The conflict emerges where T’Challa wants to continue exercising full powers while another group demands the change. While T’Challa prefers a monarch form of leadership, another group prefers a democratic style of leadership. The conflict leads to the rebellion against the Wakanda government.

When T’Challa is away fighting along with the Avengers, he delegates the duties to his sister, Shuri. Shuri leads the country until her death. The act shows the importance of family. As well, when people are rebelling against T’Challa, his mother, Ramonda, advises him to interact directly with the people to understand their grievances. The advice helps in quelling the rebellion. Dialogue and conversation involve the exchange of ideas and thoughts. Ramonda, T’Challa’s stepmother, advises him to hold a discussion with members of the public to understand their issue. As well, T’Challa has a dialogue with Tetu, the leader of rebels, to make a deal. The dialogue between the government and rebels helps quell the tension and rebellion.
