    Objective:

    Identify the historical figure for whom characters are named.

    Common Core Standards:

    CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RL.9-10.4

    Structure:

    Students should be allowed computer or library access in order to research the historical figures for whom characters in Brave New World are named. Divide students into small groups and assign each group one of the following characters: Lenina Crowne, Bernard Marx, Helmholtz Watson.
