    Roman Gods Presentation

    Kind of Activity:

    Group Work

    Objective:

    Students will learn about the twenty principle Gods in ancient Rome through classroom presentations

    Common Core Standards:

    CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.SL.9-10.4

    Structure:

    Each pair will present on their assigned God. The presentations should include the following information: The name of the God/Goddess, Their relationship to Jupiter (if any), An image of the God/Goddess along with any objects or symbols associated with that particular God, a brief summary of the God/Goddesses myth or story, and How this particular God/Goddess was celebrated. The presentations should be around 7 minutes in length.
