The defendant in a lawsuit such as the filing of a petition for divorce.

objectification

The regarding of a human being as an object or depersonalized representation of an expansive stereotype.

insolence

Contemptuous lack of civility accompanied by a cheeky but brazen disrespect for authority and social decorum.

impermanence

A sensation of insubstantiality resulting from the collective effects of objectification and alienation.

improprieties

Vulgar acts of defiance toward conventional standards of public decorum and private behavior
