How is Miguel's death different from and similar to the death of Lucas Páramo, Pedro's father?

The simple answer is that Lucas Páramo was killed while Miguel died from an accident.

However, both deaths elicit different responses in Pedro Páramo. Pedro is infuriated by his father's death.
