Lost In Translation

Collaborative Writing
Objective:
Students will "translate" a brief passage from today's reading into contemporary language.

Structure:
At this point in our study of Richard II, students are likely able to grasp the broad strokes of a given Shakespearean passage relatively easily. However, much of the delight of reading Shakespeare comes from his clever wordplay and the snappy dialogue between characters.
