In multiplication, like in addition, it has two of the same numbers multiplying themselves.
In division, however, like subtraction, two expressions where the order has changed actually have 4 numbers. If you multiply $3$ and $5$ or $5$ and $3$, you get $15$ no matter what. With division, the expression $3\div5$ is equal to $3\times\frac{1}{5}$, which equals $0.6$. $5\div3$ however, is equal to $5\times\frac{1}{3}$, which equals $1.666...7$.
