Function: $ y=\sqrt {1-\frac{x}{2}}=\sqrt {-\frac{1}{2}(x-2)}$ - start the plot of the function $ y=\sqrt {-x}$ - then plot the function $ y=\sqrt {-\frac{x}{2}}$ - shift right 2 units to plot $ y=\sqrt {-\frac{1}{2}(x-2)}$ An extra curve is shown for comparison.
